Agility Secrets Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions regarding payment and use of the Agility Secrets site.

  1. Do not share your account, your account Username and Password is to be used by you and you alone. All accounts are monitored.
  2. If you are found to be sharing your details, you will be instantly blocked. Account sharing is prohibited.
  3. If any one account is opened on two computers at the same time, the account will also be blocked, as we will be lead to believe you are sharing this with someone else.
  4. Agility Secrets may suspend access to the website, due to maintenance works, net security reasons or force majeure with no obligation to reimburse or compensate you for the period in which access was suspended.
  5. Agility Secrets is for positive and motivational training only, any racism, sexism, swearing and or offensive comments will lead to an immediate ban from the use of our Facebook page.
  6. Agility Secrets has the right to deny membership.
  7. All accounts are monitored for account sharing, any account sharing or abuse to an account could lead to being banned from the site for the foreseeable future.
  8. Access to the Site is strictly controlled by Agility Secrets and Agility Secrets reserves the right to change, modify, substitute or suspend or remove without notice any information or service from time to time.
  9. You may only use this website for your own personal agility training.
  10. You shall not: post, transmit or disseminate any information on or via this website which is or may be harmful, obscene, defamatory or otherwise illegal, or may cause an infringement of the rights of any other
  11. Use any software, routine or device to interfere or attempt to interfere electronically or manually with the operation or functionality of this website including, but not limited to, uploading or making available files containing corrupt data or viruses via whatever means;
  12. Deface, alter or interfere with the appearance and layout of this website or the underlying software code;
  13. Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on this website or related infrastructure;
  14. Without prejudice to any of Agility Secrets other rights, Agility Secrets reserves the right to deny access to this website and/or cancel bookings wherever and whenever Agility Secrets believes (at Agility Secrets absolute discretion) that you are in breach of any of the Agility Secrets Terms.
  15. Cancellations can be made without charge; account holder must cancel membership at least 5 days before monthly renewal.
